Docket entry

230800 Welsh v. Commonwealth 03/20/2025 In an appeal from a decision of the Court of Appeals affirming convictions for two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony, it is concluded that the trial court erred in prohibiting the testimony of a defendant's firearms expert and that such error was not harmless. Accordingly, the judgment of the Court of Appeals is reversed, and this matter is remanded to the Court of Appeals with instructions to remand the matter to the trial court for further proceedings, if the Commonwealth be so advised.
