Hart 06/07/2012 In an injunction action relating to alleged interference with use of an easement, the circuit court erred in sustaining certain exceptions to the report of a commissioner in chancery regarding a buried propane tank and a well. The court erred in concluding that a buried propane tank and well under an easement for ingress and egress constituted unreasonable interference with the easement owner's rights as a matter of law, even if the improvements did not affect vehicular access.
