Randolph-Macon Woman's College 06/06/2008 The judgment of the circuit court sustaining a demurrer in an action brought by students and others to challenge the decision of a women's college to become coeducational is affirmed. Code § 2.2-507.1 does not impose any duties upon a nonstock charitable corporation such as this college, which is also not a trust subject to the Uniform Trust Code. The judgment of the circuit court is affirmed.
