042743 Lewis v. Warden 06/08/2007 In a habeas corpus petition filed by a defendant who pled guilty to seven felonies, including two capital murders for hire, the petitioner has failed to demonstrate that but for trial counsel's alleged failures there is a reasonable probability that she would have pled not guilty and that the result of the proceedings would have been different. The record does not undermine confidence in the outcome of the proceedings. Several claims are rejected in this published opinion. The remaining claims are rejected in an unpublished order also issued this date. The petition is dismissed. (See the UNPUBLISHED order in Lewis v. Warden dated June 8, 2007)
