Commonwealth 11/04/2005 In a prosecution for attempted capital murder of a law enforcement officer by ramming into a police cruiser with a stolen automobile, the Court of Appeals correctly decided that the trial court reasonably could have concluded, upon consideration of all the evidence, including the defendant's conduct, that he was guilty of the charged offense beyond a reasonable doubt. The judgment is affirmed.
