Commonwealth 01/11/2002 In this appeal of a conviction for rape, the trial court did not err in permitting a sexual assault nurse examiner to testify regarding her expert medical opinion on the causation of the victim's injuries. However, the examiner's opinion testimony improperly invaded the province of the jury on the ultimate issue of fact. The judgment is affirmed in part and reversed in part, and the case is remanded.
