East 06/08/2001 The trial court correctly held that a covenant not to compete executed by an employee was overbroad and unenforceable and that judgment is affirmed. The trial court erred in entering an injunction permanently barring the former employee from disclosing confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of his former employer and the portion of the judgment imposing an injunction is reversed.
