Mooney 01/12/2001 In a medical malpractice case, the trial court did not have jurisdiction to vacate a prior dismissal order because more than twenty-one days had passed after its entry. Similarly the trial court was without jurisdiction to enter an order of nonsuit. Accordingly, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and the order dismissing the action with prejudice is reinstated.
