The part of the trial court's judgment imposing liability for intentional interference with a business expectancy and setting damages of $741,124 is affirmed and that part of the judgment imposing liability for conspiracy in violation of § 18.2- 499, and imposing treble damages, attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to § 18.2-500, is reversed, and final judgment is entered.
