Docket entry

981477 Atkins, Daryl Renard v. Commonwealth 02/26/1999 (Revised 02/26/1999) There was no reversible error in the guilt phase of defendant's capital murder trial and, accordingly, the conviction for capital murder is affirmed. Because there was error in the penalty phase of the trial with respect to the imposition of the death penalty, the sentence of death is reversed and the case remanded to the trial court for a new penalty proceeding on the capital murder conviction.
