Commonwealth 02/26/1999 After a review of the capital murder conviction and death penalty imposed upon defendant, along with his convictions for forcible sodomy, two counts of using a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possessing a firearm after being convicted of a felony, no reversible error is found in the issues presented. After reviewing the defendant's death sentence pursuant to Code § 17.1-313, commutation of the sentence of death is denied and the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
