Moore 06/06/2003 In declaratory judgment proceedings involving a first-party claim for coverage relating to personal injuries sustained on account of a spouse's negligence, the trial court erred in determining that the omnibus clause of Code § 38.2-2204(A) applied to an umbrella insurance policy and also erred in determining that an exclusion in the policy was vague and ambiguous. The trial court also erred in applying a severability of interests clause. The judgment is reversed…
