Commonwealth 11/01/2002 For the reasons set forth in the opinion of the Court of Appeals, that court's judgment upholding defendant's conviction for involuntary manslaughter is affirmed upon rejection of arguments that his conviction violated the principles of double jeopardy in that he had previously been convicted in general district court for driving under the influence of alcohol relating to the same event.
