011778 Polyzos v. Cotrupi 06/07/2002 In an action for negligence and breach of contract against a real estate agent arising from a property sales agreement which required conveyance of a parcel larger than that which the owners retained the agent to sell, expert testimony was not essential and, therefore, the trial court erred in sustaining a motion to strike and in entering judgment for the agent based on the absence of expert evidence. The judgment is reversed and the case remanded. (Revised …
