Commonwealth 11/02/2001 The Court of Appeals and the trial court erred in approving the admission of evidence of other crimes in the trial of a prosecution for grand larceny and breaking and entering. The order of the Court of Appeals affirming the convictions is reversed, and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeals with direction that it be remanded to the circuit court for a new trial if the Commonwealth be so advised.
