Litten 11/06/1998 In a case alleging age discrimination in the termination of employment, the trial court's instructions to the jury constituted a fair summary of the applicable principles. The jury found the evidence sufficient to support an award of damages compensating the plaintiff for the losses he sustained and an award of damages punishing the defendant for committing a common law wrong. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
