Hayes 06/06/1997 Since the buyers of land involved in this case were fully aware of a title defect when they made improvements on the property, the trial court correctly ruled that they are not entitled to an allowance for the improvements made to the land they had acquired as the result of a forged deed and that judgment is affirmed.
