Taylor 01/12/1996 While the trial court ruling that there was consideration for a contract for the sale of land was not erroneous, excluding certain jury instructions on fraud in the procurement of the contract and admitting certain expert testimony and prohibiting evidence that the contract was subject to a condition precedent was error. The judgment is reversed and the matter is remanded for a new trial.
